You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the authority to agree to these Terms.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

• Tsiran AI offers auto-renewable subscriptions and consumable credit packs purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price shown at purchase.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in your device's account settings (App Store: Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions; Google Play: Menu > Subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Credits are consumable, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are not refundable except as required by law. Prices may change; changes apply to future billing periods after notice.
• Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com); refunds for Google Play purchases are handled per Google Play's refund policy.

You agree to use the Service lawfully and responsibly. You may not:

• Generate, upload, request, or distribute illegal content.
• Generate, upload, request, or distribute sexually explicit content involving minors (CSAE/CSAM) in any form.
• Harass, threaten, defame, or impersonate others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
• Use the Service to create malware, spam, phishing material, or deceptive content.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

Tsiran AI has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation material (CSAE/CSAM). We do not allow the generation, upload, request, sharing, or storage of any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.

We report applicable violations to relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement, as required by law. Accounts involved in such activity are permanently terminated.

You retain ownership of the prompts and original content you submit. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the outputs generated by the Service for your own personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and any applicable third-party terms.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe may expose us or others to legal risk.

• We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users.
• Users can report content and block other users directly in the app. We review reports and act on violating content within 24 hours, including removing content and ejecting the offending user.
• We use a combination of automated filtering and human review to moderate AI-generated and user-shared content.

• Users must not generate or upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights, including using prompts intended to replicate copyrighted characters, artworks, or the likeness of real people without consent.
• Copyright holders may submit infringement notices to founder@tsiranai.com with: identification of the work, the infringing material's location, contact information, a good-faith statement, and a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury. We will remove infringing content and terminate repeat infringers.

Outputs are generated by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. You are responsible for how you use generated content. Do not rely on outputs as legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, abuse, or legal requirements. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at founder@tsiranai.com or using the account deletion process described in our account deletion page.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lovely Split Inc. and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

• These Terms are concluded between you and Lovely Split Inc. only, not with Apple Inc. (“Apple”). Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content.
• The license granted to you is limited to a non-transferable license to use the app on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
• Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support for the app.
• In the event of any failure of the app to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product liability claims, legal or regulatory compliance claims, and consumer protection claims.
• In the event of a third-party claim that the app infringes intellectual property rights, Lovely Split Inc., not Apple, is responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of such claim.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted in the app or on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
