We collect only what we need to run and improve the Service:

• Account data: name, email, and authentication identifiers.
• Content you submit: prompts, messages, and files you send to our chat, image, and video generation tools.
• Generated outputs: results returned to you by the Service.
• Usage data: device type, app version, language, crash logs, and anonymous analytics.
• Payment data: purchases in our mobile apps are processed by Apple (App Store) and Google (Google Play). We receive only transaction confirmations and subscription status — we never receive or store your card details.

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To generate the chat, image, or video content you request.
• To secure accounts and prevent abuse or fraud.
• To communicate about updates, security notices, and support.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

To power our chat, image, and video generation features, your prompts, uploaded files, and related content may be transmitted to the following third-party AI providers strictly for processing your request:

• OpenAI (chat and text generation)
• Google (Gemini models, chat and text generation)
• fal.ai (image and video generation)

These providers are contractually restricted from using your content to train their models unless you have explicitly opted in.

• If you upload photos containing faces (for example, to create avatars, apply styles, or personalize generations), the images and any face data derived from them are used solely to fulfill your specific generation request.
• We do not use face data to identify you, do not build facial recognition profiles, and do not use face data for advertising.
• Uploaded photos and face data are transmitted to our AI processing providers only for the duration needed to generate your requested output and are subject to the same contractual restrictions described in the AI Model Providers section (no training on your content without opt-in).
• Uploaded source photos are retained only as part of your generation history and are permanently deleted when you delete the generation or your account. You can delete them at any time in the app.
• We never sell or share face data with third parties for their own purposes.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Prompts and generations are retained to provide history features and can be deleted at any time from within the app. Backups are purged on a rolling basis.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise these rights by contacting us at founder@tsiranai.com.

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular reviews. No system is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your data.

Tsiran AI is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Tsiran AI is operated from the United States. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the U.S. and other countries where our providers operate.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced within the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
